    WARNING - SCAM ALERT:
    IKCOC-14 has learned that a third-party companies, are targeting IKCOC-14 speakers and attendees with a fraudulent travel and hotel booking scheme.
    The company is calling and/or emailing conference speakers and attendees and falsely claiming it is the "official" housing bureau and/or authorized by IKCOC-14 to book hotel and/or travel accommodations for the conference. This is entirely FALSE.

    Note!
    JTB is only an official agency for IKCOC-14 and please do not respond or answer for those contacts (Don't give away any credit card details!).

    Once again, we remind you of that our official travel agency is "JTB".

    Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto (conference venue hotel), and JTB will be sending confirmation sheets to each guests. Please do not contact those agencies.
